As an elite competitive tower runner, who loves lifting weights, practicing hot yoga, running, spinning and all things fitness, mixed with cooking simple, healthy & delicious meals, saving room for good wine, dark chocolate and keeping my nut butter addiction under control, well these are just a few of my favorite things!
