Hi, I’m Linda! I’m a Wellness Advocate, Personal Trainer and a certified 200 Hour Registered Yoga Teacher. I am passionate about living a balanced and healthy life. I do this by living life to the fullest…by eating well, feeling well and doing well!
My “hobby” is competitive tower running, which is traveling around the country climbing stairwells in buildings like the Eiffel Tower, Empire State Building, and Willis (Sears) Tower, to name a few. Along with that, I have the opportunity to support incredible causes, like the American Lung Association.
I love lifting weights spinning, running & hot yoga…..pretty much all things fitness. That along with loving simple, healthy & delicious meals. Creating recipes and cooking dinner with my better half is pretty much how I like to finish my day. And yes, there is probably some good wine, dark chocolate and my major addiction of all things nut butter! Shhh…don’t tell anyone!
And of course, my furry children, Ragu, Oliver & Gabby. Life just wouldn’t be complete without them.
