Hi, I’m Linda! I’m a Wellness Advocate, ACE Personal Trainer & Nutrition Specialist, and a certified 200 Hour Registered Yoga Teacher. In addition, I’m very involved in community outreach to help educate & empower others to live the best life they can. I am passionate about living a balanced and healthy life. I do this by living life to the fullest…by eating well, feeling well and doing well!
My “hobby” is competitive tower running, which is traveling around the country climbing stairwells in buildings like the Eiffel Tower, Empire State Building, and Willis (Sears) Tower, to name a few. Along with that, I have the opportunity to support incredible causes, like the American Lung Association and the Stephen Siller Tunnel To Towers Foundation.
I love lifting weights spinning, running & hot yoga…..pretty much all things fitness. In my past life I was an accomplished equestrian who did everything from jumping to dressage. That along with loving simple, healthy & delicious meals. Creating recipes and cooking dinner with my better half is pretty much how I like to finish my day. And yes, there is probably some good wine, dark chocolate and my major addiction of all things peanut butter! Shhh…don’t tell anyone!
And of course, my furry children, Oliver & Gabby. Life just wouldn’t be complete without them.
