A Little bit about me

I'm passionate about wellness. And nothing gives me greater satisfaction than Enlightening, Educating and most important, Empowering others to live their best life.

Living my best life is about being as close to nature as I can. I love nothing more than being close to the water. That's where I find the greatest peace and serenity.

I always loved being "on stage"! When I was a little girl I entertained everyone. From elementary school to high school I was always involved in theatre. I've learned it's never to late to get back to what I love doing!

Tower Runner! On April 20, 2013, I ran my first race up a tall building! And I've never looked back. I love the community, competition, and most of all, the causes I have been able to proudly represent. As of October 2024 I have competed in 41 races across the world, including the Eiffel Tower!

Lung Force Hero. I was humbled and honored to be asked to represent North Carolina as their Lung Force Hero in 2019. The real hero was my father, who lost his life to Lung Cancer. I'm actively involved with the American Lung Association and raising awareness and money so no one has to suffer like my dad did. I want his memory to be a blessing to others.

I met Jeff in April 2007 and we got married in April 2011. He's my best everything and my biggest cheerleader. Is everyday perfect? Of course not. But, it's perfectly imperfect!

Oliver! Our little buttercup of love! I love animals more than anything. Most people who know me say they hope they come back as one of my babies. ;). There's nothing I won't do for him. Oliver has traveled everywhere! By plane, trains, boats and automobiles! He's a champ.

I rode horses for over 20 years. In 2004 I lost my beloved Brady and stopped riding. In November 2021 I started riding again and on March 8, 2022 I welcomed Fynn, Huckleberry Fynn to my family. I feel like a piece of a me has been missing for far too long. Sometimes you don't know what you are missing until you find it once again. And when you do, everything changes for the better. Everything.
